Beta Access

During the public beta, license access may be free, discounted, manually issued, or otherwise limited while we test the product and purchase flow.

Paid Purchases

When paid sales begin, Khuna Labs intends to offer a simple refund window for customers who cannot activate the product or who find that Secure Pair does not meet their needs soon after purchase.

Abuse And Misuse

Refunds may be denied for fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, prohibited use, or attempts to bypass product limits.

If activation, pairing, update, or transfer behavior fails, contact support first so we can help fix the issue or provide an updated build.
